Whereas, a Dispensation was issued to authorise the opening a Lodge in the town of Mt. Solon, Augusta county, by the name, title and designation of Mt. Solon Lodge, No. ---; and the said Dispensation being returned, together with the necessary vouchers:
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name, title and designation of Worthington Smith Lodge, No. 46; appointing Wor. Charles H. Lewis, Master; Clement R. Harris, Senior Warden, and James C. Shipman, Junior Warden.
