1822 Proceedings: Whereas, an application has been made by petition, accompanied by the necessary recommendation of Lodge No. 101, for the establishment of a new Lodge in the town of Wheeling, in the county of Ohio,
Resolved, That the prayer of the petition is reasonable, and that a charter be issued for the permanent establishment of a Lodge in
the town of Wheeling, in the county of Ohio, by the name of Wheeling Lodge, No. 128, appointing Morgan Nelson. Master;
Oliver Wilson, Senior Warden; and John F. Traux, Junior Warden; and that the said Lodge be attached to District, No. 19.
1838 Proceedings: Listed as dormant.
1847 Proceedings: Whereas a dispensation was issued to authorize the revival of Wheeling Lodge, No. 128, and appointing Wor. Morgan Nelson, Master, Richard W. Harding, S. W., and John Goshorn, Jr. Warden; and said dispensation being returned, together with the necessary vouchers, whereupon,
Resolved, That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name, title and designation aforesaid, and appointing the officers named in the dispensation, upon the payment of twenty dollars in full of all arrearages, including the Grand Secretary's fee.
