A Dispensation having been issued, signed by the Grand Master, to authorise the opening of a Lodge in the town of Harper's Ferry in the county of Jefferson, by the name, title and designation "Union Lodge," appointing William Chambers as Master, James Clark as Senior Warden, and Mashee Kirby as Junior Warden; and the said Dispensation being returned, together with the other necessary documents:
On motion, Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, in the town of Harper's Ferry, in the county of Jefferson, by the name of "Union Lodge, No. 151", appointing Timothy Herrington as Master, James Clark as Senior Warden, and John Holt as Junior Warden.
Resolved, That Lodge No. 151, be assigned to District No. 14.
