Confirmed chartered on 12/15/1846. Editor: Presuming District 4 based on location, but not in the Grand Lodge records.
Whereas, a Dispensation was issued by the M. W. Grand Master to authorise the opening a Lodge at City Point by the name of St. Andrew's, and appointing John H. Lochhead, Master, R. D. Sanxey, Senior Warden, and George E. Moody, Junior Warden, and said Dispensation being returned together with the necessary vouchers.
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name, title and designation of St. Andrew's Lodge No. 29, appointing John H. Lochhead, Master, R. D. Sanxer, Senior Warden, and George E. Moody, Junior Warden, upon the payment of the usual fees.
