1809 Proceedings: A petition signed by several brethren, residing in and near the the town of New Glasgow, in the county of Amherst, praying for a charter for the establishment of a Lodge in the said town, being received and supported by the recommendation of Lodges Nos. 39 and 74,
Resolved, That a charter do issue for the establishment of a Lodge in the town of New Glasgow aforesaid, by the name of the New
Glasgow Union Lodge, No. 87, appointing William S. Crawford, Master; David S. Garland, Senior Warden; and Hudson M. Garland,
Junior Warden.
1825 Proceedings: Resolved, That Orange Lodge No. 138, be assigned to District No. 12; Clinton Lodge No. 139, to District No. 14; Farnham Humanity Lodge No. 140, to District No. 3; De Wit Clinton Lodge No. 141, to District No. 9; Cassia Lodge No. 142, to District No. 12; Comfort Lodge No. 143, to District No. 1; Northampton Lodge No. 11, now attached to District No. 2, to District No. 1; New Glasgow Union Lodge No. 87, now attached to District No. 20, to District No. 10.
