Notes: Confirmed chartered 12/11/1823 in District 13. A petition from sundry Brethren residing in or near the town of Warrenton, in Fauquier County, praying for a Charter to establish a Lodge in said town, accompanied by a recommendation of Lodge, No. 43. On motion, Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the establishment of a Lodge in the said town by the name of Mount Carmel Lodge No. 133, and that Edward E. Cooke, be appointed Master, Robert Brent, Senior Warden and Richard Thompson, Junior Warden. Resolved, That Monroe Lodge, No. 129, be assigned to District 12; Montgomery Harmony Lodge, No. 130, to District No. 13; Amelia Washington Lodge, No. 131, to District No. 9; Mount Carmel Lodge, No. 133, to District No. 13; and Eureka Lodge, No 134, to District No. 10.
