A Dispensation having been issued by the Grand Master, to authorise the opening of a Lodge in the town of Franklin, in the county of Pendleton, by the name, title and designation of "Franklin Lodge," appointing Thomas Kinkead, as Master, James Johnson, as Senior Warden and James H. Cravens, as Junior Warden, and the said Dispensation being returned, with the other necessary documents.
On motion, Resolved, That a Charter do issue, for the permanent establishment of said Lodge in the town of Franklin, in the county of Pendleton, by the name of "Franklin Lodge, No. 149", appointing John Cravens, as Master, William S. Naylor, as Senior Warden and William Hall, as Junior Warden.
On motion, Resolved, That Franklin Lodge, No. 149, be assigned to District, No. 11.
