Confirmed chartered 12/15/1812 as "Rockfish Harmony Lodge, No. 92". Assigned to District 10 in 1820. 1812 Proceedings: Resolved, That a charter do issue for the establishment of a Lodge in Nelson county, by the name of the Rockfish Harmony Lodge, No. 92, appointing John M. Martin, Master; Hudson Martin, jun’r, Senior Warden; and Landon H. Brent, Junior Warden. 1839 Proceedings: Listed as dormant. 1845 Proceedings: Whereas, a Dispensation was issued to authorise the opening a Lodge in the town of Fleetwood, Nelson county, by the name of Fleetwood Harmony, appointing Harlow W. Heath, Master, Spottswood G. Perrow, Senior Warden, and L. N. Liggon, Junior Warden, and said Dispensation having been returned together with the necessary documents; whereupon, Resolved, That the said Brethren be authorised to revive the Charter of "Rock Fish Harmony Lodge, No. 92", and remove the same to Fleetwood, Nelson county, under the name of "Fleetwood Harmony, Lodge No. 22", upon the payment of Ten Dollars in full of all arrearages to this said Annual Communication inclusive; appointing Harlow W. Heath, Master, Spottswood G. Perrow, S. Warden, and L. N. Liggon, J. Warden.
