Whereas, a Dispensation was issued to authorise the opening a Lodge at Flat Rock, in the county of Lunenburg, appointing P. W. Street, Master. Drury H. Lett, Senior Warden, and George C. Hatchell, Jun. Warden.
And said Dispensation being returned, together with the necessary documents; Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name, title and designation of Flat Rock Lodge No. 83, appointing same Officers as named in said Dispensation.
