Whereas, a Dispensation was issued by the M. W. D. Grand Master, authorise the opening a Lodge at the Town of Brucetown, county of Frederick, by the name of Dallas Lodge, appointing Benjamin Wigginton, Master, Vance Bell, Senior Warden, and Jacob Wagley, Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned, together with the necessary documents:
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of Lodge, by the name, title and designation of Dallas Lodge, No. 132, the same Officers as named in the Dispensation,
