1846 Proceedings: A Petition in due form was received from sundry brethren residing at and near Buffalo Springs, Amherst county, praying for a Dispensation to open a new Lodge at that place, and naming Samuel M. Garland, Master, Marble C. Goodwin, Senior Warden, and John D. Davis, Junior Warden.
Whereupon, Resolved, That said prayer be granted, and a Dispensation in due form be issued, appointing the officers named in the Petition, upon the payment of the usual fees.
