Whereas, a Dispensation was issued to authorise the opening a Lodge in the town of Estellville, Scott county, by the name of Catlet Lodge, No. 35; and said Dispensation being returned, together with the necessary documents:
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name, title and designation aforesaid; appointing James N. Draper, Master; Jonathan W. Morrison, Senior Warden, and Jonathan Draper, Junior Warden.
