Confirmed chartered 12/10/1833.
A dispensation having been issued by the Most Worshipful Grand Master, for the opening of a Lodge at Brentsville, in the county of Prince William, by the name of Brentsville Lodge, appointing Brothers George W. Macrae, Master; Robert Lipscomb, Senior Warden; and John Williams, Junior Warden; and said dispensation having been returned with the necessary documents,
Resolved, That a Charter issue for the permanent establishment of the said Lodge, in the said Town, by the name, title, and designation of "Brentsville Lodge No. 153", appointing the same officers named in the warrant.
On motion,
Resolved, That Brentsville Lodge No. 153, be attached to the sixth District.
