A petition, attended by the proper requisites, was presented in favour of Anthony Mustoe, Robert Sutlington, David Cochran
and John Oliver, praying for a Charter, authorizing them to work as a Lodge at the Warm Springs, in the county of Bath; it is
Ordered, That a Charter do issue agreeably to the prayers of the above, to Anthony Musloe, Master; Robert Sutlington, Senior
Warden; David Cochran, Junior Warden, to open and hold a Lodge as aforesaid, by the name of the Bath Union Lodge, No. 42.
1823 Proceedings: Whereas the Bath Union Lodge, No. 42, has been lying dormant for several years, from causes, beyond the controul of the Members thereof, which are now removed, and being desirous to be reinstated in the ancient privileges of their order, propose paying a reasonable com, for such arrearages as may be due from said Lodge.
Resolved therefore, That upon the payment of thirty dollars, the said Lodge, No. 42, shall be reinstated in all the privileges of subordinate Lodges.
